Homeland, in partnership with a respected community hospital, is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join their team. We're looking for a highly motivated, patient-centered professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment.
In this role, the pharmacist will be instrumental in optimizing medication therapy through the use of computerized systems and evidence-based practices. Daily responsibilities include working closely with multidisciplinary teams—nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals—to promote the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medications. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will also provide patient education, clinical consultations, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence to support seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
Deliver pharmacy services and provide clinical leadership in alignment with the hospital’s mission, values, and quality standards
Review, verify, and process medication orders using established protocols and computerized systems
Offer expert consultation and education to patients and clinical staff regarding appropriate medication use
Perform clinical functions that support pharmacy programs and meet regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, including data collection and process evaluation
Support and guide pharmacy technicians and clerical staff to optimize workflow and maintain compliance
Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Lead Clinical Pharmacist or Director of Pharmacy
Assist with interviewing, training, and onboarding of new pharmacy department staff
Provide age-appropriate pharmaceutical care across a range of patient populations
Stay current with clinical knowledge through continuing education, professional organizations, and relevant training
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Must hold or be eligible for a Washington State Pharmacist License
At least two (2) years of recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred; open to considering new graduates
PGY1 or PGY2 residency training highly encouraged
Proven ability to provide age-appropriate pharmaceutical care across diverse patient populations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to thrive in a culturally diverse and team-oriented environment

This position offers a competitive salary with bonus potential, a sign-on bonus of $10,000–$20,000 based on experience, and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance if needed. In this role, you will perform imaging procedures and exams for patients of all ages to assist in diagnosing various conditions. Key responsibilities include safely and accurately preparing and positioning patients and equipment while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) exams accurately and efficiently
Assist with the administration of contrast media and related procedures following departmental policies
Obtain high-quality CT images while adhering to software protocols for optimal diagnostic results
Ensure compliance with all quality assurance measures
Communicate effectively with radiologists about unusual clinical findings or patient history
Verify diagnostic orders match patient diagnoses to ensure proper reimbursement

Requirements
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
ARRT RT (R) Radiographer certification
