Job Summary
Homeland Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization to identify a Director of Product Management – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This highly visible leadership role will help shape the future of the organization’s healthcare Revenue Cycle platform while leading a team of Product Managers and collaborating closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership.

The Director of Product Management – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will join the organization during a period of significant investment in Product and technology modernization. This is an opportunity to bring new ideas forward, influence Product investment decisions, and help define the next generation of the RCM platform. The Director of Product Management – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will play a key role in translating market needs and business priorities into a clear Product strategy.

We are seeking a strategic Product leader who understands healthcare Revenue Cycle, can identify meaningful opportunities, develop compelling business cases for Product investments, and lead initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes. This is more than a roadmap-management role—it is an opportunity to influence Product direction and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s technology strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Own the Product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the organization’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform
  • Define the future-state RCM solution across billing, claims, collections, payer connectivity, clearinghouse integrations, reimbursement workflows, and automation
  • Evaluate market opportunities and determine when capabilities should be built internally, integrated, or delivered through strategic technology and vendor partnerships
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear Product priorities, measurable business outcomes, and compelling ROI
  • Lead Product modernization initiatives focused on APIs, integrations, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable platform capabilities
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to evaluate technical solutions, establish priorities, and guide execution without needing to personally engineer the solution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3–5 Product Managers while establishing clear priorities, accountability, and strategic direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Clinical, Compliance, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align Product strategy with business objectives


Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including significant Product leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience building, managing, or scaling enterprise SaaS products
  • Demonstrated healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare RCM workflows, including claims, payer connectivity, clearinghouses, reimbursement, denials, collections, and revenue operations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, Product investments, ROI, risk, and commercial impact
  • Proven ability to take Product opportunities from research and discovery through strategy, prioritization, delivery, and market adoption
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Architecture on APIs, integrations, interoperability, platform modernization, and build-versus-partner decisions
  • Experience leading and developing Product Managers while influencing cross-functional teams within complex SaaS environments
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment, bringing clarity, stability, strategic direction, and new ideas to the organization
  • Forward-thinking approach to AI and agentic technologies, with an interest in leveraging emerging tools to accelerate Product research, ideation, and execution
  • Highly Preferred
  • Product leadership experience in Home Health, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, Personal Care/EVV, EHR, or related healthcare technology
  • Experience modernizing legacy SaaS products or platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and transaction standards, including X12/EDI, HL7, or FHIR
  • Experience with payer integrations, clearinghouses, API ecosystems, and/or strategic technology and vendor partnerships
  • Experience applying AI and automation to healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows


Additional Information
Candidates should be based in or able to work within the Dallas/DFW market. This position is primarily office-based, with reasonable flexibility as needed.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $200,000 - $210,000 based on experience, along with an annual bonus opportunity.  A comprehensive benefits package is also available.
