Homeland Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading Healthcare Technology and SaaS organization to hire an Account Executive to join their growing team. This organization is transforming how medical, dental, vision, and specialty healthcare practices engage with patients, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth through an innovative patient engagement platform. We are seeking an Account Executive with healthcare technology experience who enjoys helping independent and multi-location healthcare practices solve operational challenges through technology. In this Account Executive role, you will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new business.

As an Account Executive, you will receive structured onboarding, demo certification, AI-assisted coaching, and ongoing professional development while owning and growing your own SMB territory.

The ideal Account Executive is a strong hunter who thrives in generating new business, conducting consultative discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and consistently closing new accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract close
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting while maximizing inbound leads
  • Build strong relationships with Practice Owners, Physicians, Dentists, Office Managers, and Practice Administrators
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations based on each client's practice management system and operational workflow
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive revenue growth and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements
  • 2+ years of software sales experience or healthcare technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales skills
  • Experience managing and advancing a full sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Experience in Healthcare SaaS environments, preferred
  • Background with Patient Engagement platforms, Practice Management Systems (PMS), EHR/EMR systems, or Dental/Medical software solutions, preferred
  • Current experience as an Account Executive, SDR/BDR, Account Manager, or Upsell Representative within Healthcare Technology seeking a transition into a full-cycle Account Executive role, preferred
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar consultative frameworks, preferred

Benefits
This role offers an annual salary is $65,000–$70,000 with an uncapped commission structure that averages approximately a 50/50 base-to-variable split at target, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and strong career advancement opportunities.
