As a Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery, you will work in a true LDRP environment, caring for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. The maternity unit focuses on low-risk pregnancies and is supported by 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage. You'll also be part of a growing Women's Services program that continues to expand its provider and midwifery services.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and coordinate patient care
  • Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age
  • Deliver safe, compassionate care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation within the medical record
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized interdisciplinary care plans
  • Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments
  • Support patients and families through education, communication, and advocacy


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
  • Mother/Baby nursing experience required
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • NRP certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered maternity care
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Additional Information
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Three 12-hour shifts per week
6-week, Self-scheduling model
No mandatory call

Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.34–$43.66 based on experience, plus shift differential pay and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
