As a Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery, you will work in a true LDRP environment, caring for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. The maternity unit focuses on low-risk pregnancies and is supported by 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage. You'll also be part of a growing Women's Services program that continues to expand its provider and midwifery services.

Responsibilities
Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and coordinate patient care
Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age
Deliver safe, compassionate care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
Complete timely and accurate documentation within the medical record
Develop, implement, and revise individualized interdisciplinary care plans
Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments
Support patients and families through education, communication, and advocacy
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Mother/Baby nursing experience required
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
NRP certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered maternity care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Additional Information Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Three 12-hour shifts per week 6-week, Self-scheduling model No mandatory call
Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.34–$43.66 based on experience, plus shift differential pay and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
