Job Summary
Homeland Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in a staffing agency environment to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles. The ideal candidate understands the pace, urgency, and expectations of agency recruiting and is comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. This role is open to recruiters with experience in Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services staffing.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to placement
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner while ensuring quality and alignment with client needs
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and detailed candidate notes and activity in the
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting KPIs
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities


Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a staffing agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting within Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools
  • Experience with ATS system

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 to $80,000/year, based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
