Job Summary Homeland Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in a staffing agency environment to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles. The ideal candidate understands the pace, urgency, and expectations of agency recruiting and is comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. This role is open to recruiters with experience in Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services staffing.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to placement
Partner closely with Account Executives and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner while ensuring quality and alignment with client needs
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the process
Maintain accurate and detailed candidate notes and activity in the
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting KPIs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in a staffing agency environment
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience recruiting within Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services
Familiarity with sourcing tools
Experience with ATS system
