Job Summary Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing global industrial solutions organization seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Supervisor to help lead, coach, and develop a growing inside sales team based in Plano, TX. This is a highly visible opportunity within a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment focused heavily on coaching, accountability, team development, and operational growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
Drive outbound sales activity, lead conversion, and pipeline growth
Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-ones, and performance management discussions
Monitor CRM activity, forecasting, and KPI reporting
Help create a high-energy, accountability-driven sales culture
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
Support operational improvements and sales process consistency
High-visibility leadership role with direct impact on team performance and culture
Opportunity to help shape a rapidly evolving inside sales organization
Strong long-term career growth potential within an expanding North American operation
Requirements
2-5+ years of inside sales leadership, SDR leadership, or outbound sales management experience
Strong background coaching and developing sales teams within KPI-driven environments
Experience managing pipeline activity, sales performance metrics, and accountability conversations
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and people-management skills
Comfortable operating inside a fast-moving, evolving sales organization
CRM and sales reporting experience preferred
Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–100,000 annually, plus a strong variable compensation structure.
