Job Summary Homeland Talent Solutions is seeking a talented outside sales professional to join its Business Development Team as the company continues expanding its national footprint. This Account Executive role is focused on driving new business development across the Healthcare, Technical, and Professional Services staffing divisions. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building relationships, hunting new business, and collaborating with a high-performing team in a fast-paced growth environment.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and securing new business through cold calling and sales appointments
Identifying sales targets and creating specific action plans
Assessing and evaluating prospects for staffing services
Skill marketing existing talent to potential prospects and clients
Presenting pricing, proposals, and contracts to prospects
Participating in public relations activities and industry associations
Upselling and recapturing existing business relationships
Conducting quality control checks on placements to ensure proper matching and client satisfaction
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry, including proven success in inside or outside sales roles requiring research, prospecting, and closing new business
Experience with cold calling campaigns and overcoming objections
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills in a CRM or ATS system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading presentations and negotiating with clients
Collaborative, hard-charging demeanor with a commitment to teamwork, communication, personal/professional growth, and accountability
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Existing book of contacts or opportunities to pursue with Homeland is desirable
Benefits This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 - $100,000/year, plus upcapped commissions. Homeland also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
