Revenue Operations Engineer
Professional Services
BrooklynNew York Direct Hire May 7, 2026

Job Summary
Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with an innovative, AI-driven technology company built to modernize operations within the recycling and metals industry. We are seeking a highly technical and solutions-oriented Revenue Operations Engineer to help build and optimize scalable systems, automations, and internal tools that drive operational efficiency.

This Revenue Operations Engineer role is far from traditional RevOps. Instead of relying on expensive third-party software, the organization focuses on building custom solutions in-house using AI, automation, and modern technology. From internal applications to agent-based workflows, the team moves quickly and solves problems in days — not months.

The Revenue Operations Engineer will identify operational friction points, create scalable solutions, and improve cross-functional processes across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building, innovating, and using AI-driven tools to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with RevOps leadership to identify, build, and implement AI-assisted workflows across the organization
  • Utilize AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Salesforce Flows, Zapier, and custom scripts to improve operational efficiency
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Vitally, Gong, Chili Piper, and Scratchpad
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions
  • Maintain Salesforce as the primary source of truth through ongoing system optimization and process management
  • Automate manual workflows across Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance functions
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation to support long-term scalability and operational continuity
  • Manage billing and invoice operations, including subscription management, vendor payments, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination
  • Identify recurring operational issues and implement long-term process improvements
  • Support employee onboarding, system access provisioning, and people operations initiatives as the organization continues to scale

Requirements
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or similar platforms to solve real operational or workflow challenges
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to build solutions while remaining closely connected to business operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on deliverables, and proactively identify issues
  • Process-improvement mindset with a natural inclination to optimize workflows and systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building automations using Zapier, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks, Codex, LangChain, or AI workflow orchestration tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
  • Exposure to billing and payment platforms such as Stripe, Routable, or similar systems
  • Previous experience working within an early-stage or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a build-first culture

Additional Information
This isn’t a traditional ops role—you’ll be embedded directly with experienced RevOps leadership, fully supported and already working in an AI-driven environment. You’ll gain rare cross-functional exposure across revenue, finance, CX, and people ops, building systems that shape how the business runs. The work you ship won’t sit in backlog—it directly impacts billing, reporting, and day-to-day operations, often within the same week. We’re hiring for trajectory and builder mindset, not just years of experience—if you think and operate like a senior builder already, this is designed for you.

Benefits
This role offers a salary of $85,000-$100,000 based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
