The Residential Property Manager plays a key role in driving daily operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. This Residential Property Manager will lead and develop on-site teams while creating exceptional living experiences and delivering top-tier service. Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L performance of the asset, including consistent monitoring of revenue, expenses, and NOI
  • Lead, recruit, develop, and manage the on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and operations
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that supports diversity and achievement of goals
  • Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and rent growth through effective marketing and advertising strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
  • Maintain strong resident satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and relationship building
  • Build and manage relationships with sales and service teams to exceed resident and investor expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and communities to support operational success
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience (5 years preferred) in residential property management, preferably in a management-level role
  • Strong understanding of multifamily operations and financial performance (P&L)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of leasing, marketing strategies, and housing compliance standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $100–115K, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, and flexible spending and health savings accounts.
